You must own the rights to all submitted images or have obtained legal permission from the rightful owner. If you're submitting an editorial and are not the photographer, include a signed release from the copyright holder.

Editorials don’t need to be exclusive or unpublished. We welcome non-exclusive content. Submissions should include 5-12 images in JPEG or PNG format, with 2-4 distinct looks (unless the story requires fewer). Each editorial should have a clear theme and title. Single-look editorials will not be accepted.

Submit your editorial via Kavyar (preferred) or with low-resolution images and full team credits (including Instagram handles) to submissions@vionnemagazine.com.

Upon approval, please send high-resolution images at 300 dpi (no watermarks) via Dropbox or WeTransfer.

Accurate team credits are required for every submission. Include full credits, such as photographer, model, makeup artist, stylist, and their Instagram handles.

We aim to respond promptly, but due to high submission volume, we may not always provide feedback. If you don't hear from us within a week, your submission may not meet our needs.

VIONNE Magazine reserves the right to crop or adjust images to fit our aesthetic. We don’t guarantee publication and cannot provide pull letters.

We don’t accept explicit, discriminatory, or violent content. Submissions may be declined due to poor image quality, repetitive looks, excessive skin editing, or watermarks.

No free print copies are available. Contributors will receive high-resolution digital tear sheets of published work.

By submitting, you grant VIONNE Magazine the right to use your work across all our platforms and publications.
